What are the check-in and check-out times?
The front desk is open 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. Please call (800) 669-6252 for instructions if arriving after 7:00 pm.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
Early check in is based on availability, please inquire within 24 hours prior to arrival. Please inquire about a late check-out with the Front Desk on the day of departure for availability; a fee may apply.
Are taxes included on my reservation?
Room rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Taxi, 11% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax and 3% County Transient Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a reservation is cancelled at least 31 days prior to arrival date, cancellation charge will be waived and deposit will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
Are the policies the same for the entire year?
Holiday prepayment and cancellation policies apply to dates of arrival December 22 – 31. Full prepayment of room rate and all taxes for the guest’s entire stay is required at time of reservation. In the event of any cancellation, the prepayment will be retained.
Can I store my luggage before check in or after check out?
We don’t offer luggage storage at this time.
Do the units have washer/dryers?
Yes they are all individually owned condominium homes
Where can I rent/buy beach equipment?
Water Works Sports is on the next property to the north. They sell/rent beach equipment (snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.).
Where can I rent a baby crib/gear?
No Ka Oi Baby Rentals or Akamai Mobility Maui
They will need your dates of arrival and departure.

Humpback whale season is defined as December through May on Maui; however, whales have been spotted in Hawaiian waters as early as November. Maui’s whale season peaks between January and March.
Is there parking?
Parking is available free of charge to guests staying on our property.
How close is a swimmable sand beach?
Napili Bay is close by and accessible by public beach access path.
Is there a designated smoking area on property?
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area near the front entrance.
Does the resort provide shuttle service from the airport?
No. It is recommended guests rent a car as public transportation and ride share services are very limited. However, SpeediShuttle and other companies do offer airport shuttle services that can be reserved at a fee.
