1) If you have a preferred unit number that you would like to stay in, we are now able to guarantee specific units for stays 7 nights or longer and at full rack rate (no free nights are included with this program). NOTE: The only dates excluded in this policy are 12/22-1/1 (Christmas). If any of your dates of stay fall between these dates, we are not able to guarantee a specific unit.
2) We recommend that you email or call the property directly prior to making the reservation to ascertain if the specific unit is available for your dates of stay. Email: napilipointresort@napili.com; Toll Free: 800-669-6252 (daily from 7am-5pm, Hawaii Standard Time).
3) A two (2) night's deposit is due at the time of booking the reservation. We accept credit cards only (AX, MC, Visa, Discover). The full balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Cancellation is also thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If notice of cancellation is received less than thirty (30) days, the full advance deposit and final payments shall be retained. No refunds will be given for early check-outs.
4) Please keep in mind that in some instances, we will have to contact the owner to check availability so the guarantee may not be instantaneous. Also, there are always unforeseen circumstances that sometimes occur with any rental property. In such an event, we reserve the right to change unit numbers.
5) Rates are stand-alone and cannot be combined with other rates/specials/7th night free.

Spring/Fall, Summer, and Winter seasons (January 1-December 21) - a two nights' advanced deposit is due at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit cards accepted: AMX, MC, Visa, Discover.
Add to all daily room rates Hawaii Gross Excise Tax of 4.712% and Hawaii Hotel Room Tax of 13.25%. Each tax is to be computed on the total room rates.
There is a seven (7) night minimum stay for all guaranteed specific unit bookings and dates of stay that fall between December 22 and December 31. For all other dates there is a two (2) night minimum stay requirement.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: On every 4th day, Housekeeping change linens and make the beds, take out the trash, and leave clean towels, clean your tub/shower, sinks and floors, vacuum, and dust. All paper products will be restocked as well: toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex and shampoo, body lotion upon request. (Conditioner is not included in this service.)

CHRISTMAS:
Full prepayment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Cancellation is thirty (30) days prior to arrival for stays that fall between December 22-31. (If date of arrival is prior to December 22 but stay includes the dates of December 22-31 a thirty-day cancellation shall apply). If notice of cancellation is less than 30 days prior to your arrival, the full advance deposit and final payment will be retained.
