POLICIES
DEPOSITS:
Regular season one night's deposit per room must be received within 10 days of booking.
Peak season a two night's deposit due within 10 days of booking. Reservations without advance deposits are subject to automatic cancellation without notice. Guarantee for arrival within 10 days of booking may be made by major credit cards only (AX, MC, Visa, Discover).
Presidents Day and dates of stay that fall between February 15-22, a two night's deposit is due within 10 days of booking and full pre-payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Christmas season and dates of stay that fall between December 22 - January 1, a two night's deposit is due within 10 days of booking, and full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
Notice of cancellation must be received:
Three days prior to arrival April 16 - June 15 and August 26 - December 21.
Seven days prior to arrival January 1 - February 14, February 23 - April 15 and June 16 - August 25.
Thirty days prior to arrival for stays that fall between December 22-31 and February 15-22. (If date of arrival is prior to December 22 but stay includes the dates of December 22-31 or if date of arrival is prior to February 15 but stay includes the dates of February 15-22, a thirty-day cancellation shall apply). If notice is received after the above dates, the full advance deposit and final payments shall be retained.
FAMILY PLAN:
If additional bedding is required (within the maximum amount of people allowed in the unit) add $15 for a rollaway and $12 for a crib (minimum charge $30).
STATE TAX:
Add to all daily room rates Hawaii Gross Excise Tax of 4.166% and Hawaii Hotel Room Tax of 7.25%. Each tax is to be computed on the total room rates.
MINIMUM STAY:
There is a one week (7 day) minimum stay for dates of stay that fall between February 15-22 and December 22-31. For all other dates there is a two day (2 day) minimum stay requirement.
PETS:
No pets are allowed.
INTERNET SERVICE:
Broadband internet service is available at a nominal fee. You just need to provide your laptop computer with an ITC Ethernet jack (the Ethernet cord is provided in each unit). Once a form acknowledging the internet fee (listed below) and payment responsibility of same is signed, you will be given a code for access. Please note that there is only one code per computer (i.e. if you have multiple computers in a unit, each computer must have its own separate access code).
