DEPOSITS:
- Regular season one night's deposit per room must be received within 10 days of booking.
Peak season a two night's deposit due within 10 days of booking. Reservations without advance deposits are subject to automatic cancellation without notice. Guarantee for arrival within 10 days of booking may be made by major credit cards only (AX, MC, Visa, Discover).
Presidents Day and dates of stay that fall between February 15-22 a two night's deposit due within 10 days of Booking and full pre-payment due thirty days prior to arrival.
Christmas season and dates of stay that fall between Dec.22-Jan. 1 a two night's deposit due within 10 days of booking and full prepayment due thirty days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Notice of cancellation must be received:
Three days prior to arrival April 1-June 15 and Aug. 26-Dec. 21.
Seven days prior to arrival January 1-Feb. 14, Feb.23-March 31 and June 16-Aug. 25.
Thirty days prior to arrival for stays that fall between Dec. 22-31, 2006 and February 15-22, 2007. (If date of arrival is prior to 12/22 but stay includes the dates of 12/22-31 or if date of arrival is prior to 2/15 but stay includes the dates of 2/15-22 thirty-day canncellation shall apply). If notice is received after the above dates, the full advance deposit and final payments shall be retained.
FAMILY PLAN:
- Children under age 18 stay at no additional charge if they utilize existing bedding in the room within their parents. Add $12 for a rollaway and $10 for a crib (minimum charge $30).
STATE TAX:
- Add to all daily room rates Hawaii Gross Excise Tax of 4.166% and Hawaii Hotel Room Tax of 7.25%. Each tax is to be computed on the total room rates.
MINIMUM STAY:
- There is a one week (7 day) Minimum stay for dates of stays that fall between February 15-22 and December 22-31 dates.
PETS:
- No pets are allowed.
INTERNET SERVICE:
- Broadband Internet services are available for an add-on fee of $9.95 per day, $39.95 per week or $54.95 per month. This provides access for one computer. If additional computers require access, a separate fee is required for each computer.
