Hi all – There was a great turnout today (11/14/10) at the Lahaina Cannery Mall’s annual ice carving competition. The ice carvers had 2 hours to complete their work.  It was actually a 2 day event.  I went on Saturday (11/13/10) and 4 different guys did an ice carving exhibition for the community.  Also a great turnout and the final ice carvings were amazing.  Darrin Ho competed in the competition on 11/14/10 – he has won this competition for so many years!
