NOTE: The Special Room Rates, AAA/BCAA, Condo/Car, and 65+Club rates are discounted rates and as such we do not assign specific units until the day of arrival. If a specific room request is made on your reservation when using one of these discounted rates, (the request) should never be interpreted as a guarantee that this is the unit you will be staying in. For dates of stay between March 1 and December 21, we can attach a room request to the reservation but that request should not be interpreted as guaranteed. The rates listed below are subject to change.
Every 7th night free: March 1 thru December 21. All nights must be consecutive and fall within the specified dates.
A two night’s advance deposit is due at the time of booking the reservation. We accept major credit cards only (AMX, MC, Visa, Discover).
Cancellation is seven (7) days prior to arrival for a full refund of the two night’s advance deposit.
Rates are stand-alone and cannot be combined with any other rates/specials.

Add to all daily room rates Hawaii Gross Excise Tax of 4.712% and Hawaii Hotel Room Tax of 13.25%. Each tax is to be computed on the total room rates.
There is a seven (7) night minimum stay for all guaranteed specific unit bookings and dates of stay that fall between December 22 and December 31. For all other dates there is a two (2) night minimum stay requirement.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: On every 4th day, Housekeeping change linens and make the beds, take out the trash, and leave clean towels, clean your tub/shower, sinks and floors, vacuum, and dust. All paper products will be restocked as well: toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex and shampoo, body lotion upon request. (Conditioner is not included in this service.)
